PLEASE NOTE: THE COUNCIL MEETING TIMES FOR THE MONTHS OF MAY, JUNE AND JULY IS BEING TRAIALLED TO COMMENCE AT 6.30PM

Council Meeting Dates

The Ordinary Meeting of Council is held on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7.45pm (except in January when the Council is in recess) in the Council Chambers at 1 Leake Street, Peppermint Grove.

The Chief Executive Officer (Mr Graeme Simpson) is present at all Council and Committee meetings.

Members of the public are also welcome to attend to participate in question time. If you wish to submit a question prior to the meeting please download the form below and send to ceo@peppermintgrove.wa.gov.au or fax to 9384 0099.

Committee Meeting Dates

The Shire has two Standing Committees: the Works & Finance Committee and the Health, Building and Town Planning Committee.

The Works and Finance Committee Meeting are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 9.00am (except in January when the Council is in recess).

Works & Finance Committee
The Committee consists of three elected members, Shire President the Chief
Executive Officer and the Manager of Finance.

Health Building And Town Planning
The Health, Building & Town Planning Committee Meeting is held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 4.30pm (except in January when the Council is in recess).

The Committee consists of four elected members, the Chief Executive Officer
and the Manager of Development Services.

Applications for planning approval will be received up until twenty-one (21) days prior to each month’s committee meeting.
