Requirements for Subdivision Applications

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) through the Department for Planning and Infrastructure is responsible for determining subdivision applications.

The Shire of Peppermint Grove is only a referral body that provides comments on, rather than determining subdivision applications.
