ADMINSTRATION/FINANCE OFFICER

(FULL-TIME)

We are currently seeking a motivated administration/ finance officer to join our Corporate and Community services team. The successful person will have experience and knowledge in the following functions:-

  • Knowledge of local government with an understanding of administration and finance practices and procedures.
  • Sound interpersonal, public relations and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels and work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of law and fines enforcement (desirable)
  • Computer literacy and proficiency including use of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft
  • Relevant Experience in an Accounting environment, Research and investigation skills;
  • Record searching and retrieval.
  • Processing of Building Licences and Development Applications. (desirable)

The position is a Level 4 (Shire of Peppermint Grove ECA) and currently has a salary of $64,575 per annum as well as superannuation.
