Local Planning Scheme Amendment No. 2 Available for Inspection – Standard Amendment

Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Peppermint Grove has prepared the above-mentioned planning scheme amendment for the purposes of recoding Lot 24 and Lot 26 (No.12) Johnston Street, Peppermint Grove from Residential R15 to Residential R40.

This Scheme Amendment was assessed to have planning merit and facilitate state prescribed infill density targets in the least obtrusive and logical manner.

The Scheme Amendment can be viewed at www.peppermintgrove.wa.gov.au or a hardcopy viewed at the Shire’s Administration Offices located at 1 Leake Street, Peppermint Grove.

Submissions on the planning scheme amendment may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the name and address of the person making the submission, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged with the undersigned on or before 25 June 2023.
