DA2024-00002 - Alterations and Additions to a Single House, Garage, Street Wall and Ancillary Works (Closed)


The proposal is seeking to vary the town planning scheme development requirement for secondary street setback for the garage, and the deemed-to-comply requirements of the Residential Design Codes for visual privacy and sightlines and relies on the corresponding design principles being demonstrated.

The application is defined as single house development so is required to be determined by the CEO.
