The Agenda Briefing Forum Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5.30pm (except in January when the Council is in recess).

The Committee consists of the Shire President, Elected Members, Chief Executive Officer, Manager Development Services, Manager Corporate Services, Manager Infrastructure Services.
