Shire of Peppermint Grove – Local Planning Scheme No.4 – Heritage List

 

The Shire continues to review the properties on the heritage list.  Property ownership is always subject to change and so the review is important because it keeps residents and landowners informed and up-to-date.  In 2018, the Shire wrote to all owners and occupiers inviting comments and further relevant information with regard to each property.  The submissions the Shire received provided us with new information which adds to and in some cases amends what was previously known about the properties. 

 

The review once complete will meet the statutory requirements of Part 3 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2015.
