DA2024-00031 - Alterations and Additions to a Single House, Habitable Outbuilding (Gymnasium), Swimming Pool and Decking, and Ancillary Works (Closed)

The Shire of Peppermint Grove has received a planning application for proposed alterations and additions to a single house, habitable outbuilding (gymnasium), swimming pool and decking, and ancillary works.

The proposal continues to seek to vary local planning policy no. LPP1 pertaining to garage door width, LPP12 pertaining to dividing wall height and the deemed-to-comply requirement of the Residential Design Codes for building height (rear additions), lot boundary setback (to the northern boundary and to the ROW) and sightlines and relies on the corresponding design principles being demonstrated. Please note that the submitted plans may be amended, or compliance with the planning framework otherwise be demonstrated by the proponent prior to determination.

Unless otherwise extended, the advertising period will close on Tuesday 22 April 2025. Written submissions must be lodged within the advertising period to ensure they can be considered prior to determination of the application.
