DA2025-00019 - Planning Application DA2025/00019 Garage, Alterations to a Street Fence, Tree Damaging Activity (Replacement) and Demolition of a Carport and Storeroom (Closed)

The Shire of Peppermint Grove has received a planning application for proposed garage, alterations to a street fence, tree damaging activity (replacement of a regulated tree) and demolition of a carport and storeroom at the above address. The works require development approval due to the heritage status of the place and for the removal of a regulated tree that is proposed to be replaced with a juvenile of the same species elsewhere within the street frontage.

Please note that the submitted plans may be amended by the proponent prior to determination.

Plans for the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire Administration Office, 1 Leake Street, Peppermint Grove, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, and on the Shire’s website under the Community Tab and the Have Your Say heading.

Unless otherwise extended, the advertising period will close on 17 November 2025. Written submissions must be lodged within the advertising period to ensure they can be considered prior to determination of the application.
