DA2024/00029 - Retrospective Development Application for a Second Small Outbuilding (Closed)

The Shire of Peppermint Grove has received a retrospective planning application for two small outbuildings (garden shed and store) at the above address.

The proposal is seeking to vary the deemed-to-comply requirement of the Residential Design Codes for more than one outbuilding and relies on the corresponding design principles being demonstrated.
