DA2025/00013 - Single House and Ancillary Works at 6 The Esplanade (Closed)


The Shire of Peppermint Grove has received a planning application for proposed Single House and Ancillary Works at 6 The Esplanade.

The proposal is seeking to vary the town planning scheme development requirement for plot ratio and number of storeys (noting the building height is compliant), local planning policies pertaining to vehicular crossover width and residential fences, and the deemed-to-comply requirement of the Residential Design Codes for lot boundary setback,  siteworks and design of parking spaces and relies on the corresponding design principles being demonstrated and Shire discretion.

Please note that the submitted plans may be amended, or compliance otherwise be demonstrated by the proponent prior to determination. Trivial changes to the plans may also occur subsequent to approval without further notification.

Unless otherwise extended, the advertising period will close on 25 August 2025. Written submissions must be lodged within the advertising period to ensure they can be considered prior to determination of the application. Objections should articulate how you may be materially affected.

The plans are available for inspection at the Shire Administration Office, 1 Leake Street, Peppermint Grove, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, or can be viewed on the Shire website.
