In response to State Government declarations for housing growth this Draft Local Planning Strategy seeks to guide that future growth Grove over the next 10 to 15 years, while balancing the Graden Shire heritage, tree canopy cover, character and amenity that make Peppermint Grove a sought after place to live, visit and work.
