Commercial Buildings Including Fitouts And Refurbishments

For all commercial shop fitouts and refurbishments you need to submit:

• A Building Permit Application Form

  Calculation of Fees:

  0.2% of 10/11 of the estimated value of the proposed construction as determined by the local government, but not less than $85.00

• copies of plans with at least one copy on A3 paper.
• Details of the emergency fire suppression system
