DA2025-00021 - Site and Ancillary Works Associated with a Single House (Swimming Pool, Retaining Walls, Street Wall Modifications)


The Shire of Peppermint Grove has received a planning application for proposed alterations to a single house (swimming pool, fencing, siteworks) at the above address.

The trigger for the approval is excavation within the street setback area associated with a swimming pool. The street wall is being brought closer to conformity with the planning policy framework to better achieve the desired Garden Shire narrative.

 

Plans for the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire Administration Office, 1 Leake Street, Peppermint Grove, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, or on the Shire’s website www.peppermintgrove.wa.gov.au

 

Please note that the submitted plans may be amended, or compliance with the planning framework otherwise be demonstrated by the proponent prior to determination.

 

Unless otherwise extended, the advertising period will close on Wednesday 25 February 2026. Written submissions must be lodged within the advertising period to ensure they can be considered prior to determination of the application. Submissions should articulate how you may be materially affected.
