Carols by Candlelight will be held in Manners Hill Park on Sunday 15 December 2019 commencing at 6.30pm. Bring your families and neighbours, your best singing voices and your picnic blankets from 6:00pm to help raise funds for The Salvation Army to give to those in need at Christmas. Please give generously on the night. Please note that the Water Corporation will be renewing water pipes along Johnston Street in December 2019. Be mindful that the westbound lane of Johnston Street from Manners Hill Park towards Stirling Highway will be closed between Palmerston Street and Bay View Terrace on the night of the Carols by Candlelight. The eastbound lane of Johnston Street from Stirling Highway to Manners Hill Park will remain open, with access from Palmerston Street and Butler Way. Detours will be in place to assist with you with leaving the area. Please plan your journey in advance and have a great night!
