The Shire of Peppermint Grove has received a planning application for proposed Additions to a Single House (Patio) at 35 Irvine Street.
The proposal is seeking to vary the deemed-to-comply requirement of the Residential Design Codes for lot boundary setback, siteworks and visual privacy and relies on the corresponding design principles being demonstrated.
Please note that the submitted plans may be amended, or compliance otherwise be demonstrated by the proponent prior to determination. Trivial changes to the plans may also occur subsequent to approval without further notification.
Unless otherwise extended, the advertising period will close on Wednesday 26 August. Written submissions must be lodged within the advertising period to ensure they can be considered prior to determination of the application. Objections must articulate how you may be materially affected. The Shire will acknowledge any written comments received and the decision-making process will have due regard to submissions. Written submissions will be kept on file and could be subject to a Freedom of Information request.
The plans are available for inspection at the Shire Administration Office, 1 Leake Street, Peppermint Grove, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, or can be viewed on this website under the Community tab then navigate to the Have Your Say – Community Consultation page.
