This proposal seeks alterations and additions to existing house that requires some deemed-to-comply requirements of Residential Design Codes to be varied by relying on the corresponding design principles for lot boundary setbacks, street walls and fences, corner lot truncation and garage setback.

Unless otherwise extended, the advertising period will close on Tuesday, 12 May 2026. Written submission must be lodged within the advertising period in order to be considered prior to determination. 

In response to submissions and/or to the Shire's assessment process, the submitted plans may be amended prior to determination and trivial changes may also occur after determination.

The application materials and planset are also available for viewing at the Shire's Administration Building at 1 Leake Street, Peppermint Grove, between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Fridays.

The Shire will acknowledge and have due regard to all written submissions, which will be kept on file and may be subject to a Freedom of Information request.
