Development Application for a Boundary Wall (Right-of-Way) at 52 The Esplanade

The Shire of Peppermint Grove has received a planning application for proposed boundary (right-of-way) wall at 52 The Esplanade.

The proposal is seeking to vary the 2100mm maximum prescribed height under local planning policy no 12 pertaining to Residential Fencing by 400mm (2500mm proposed).

Unless otherwise extended, the advertising period will close on 30 June 2026. Written submissions must be lodged within the advertising period to ensure they can be considered prior to determination of the application. Objections should articulate how you may be materially affected.

The plans are available for inspection at the Shire Administration Office, 1 Leake Street, Peppermint Grove, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, or can be viewed on the Shire website Have Your Say page under the Community tab.
