The Shire of Peppermint Grove has received a planning application for proposed single house development at the above address.
The proposal is seeking to vary the town planning scheme development requirement for plot ratio, local planning policies pertaining to landscaping, fencing, and garage door and driveway width and the deemed-to-comply requirement of the Residential Design Codes for lot boundary setback, siteworks (fill to western boundary), sightlines and relies on the corresponding design principles being demonstrated. A verge tree is also proposed to be removed.
Plans for the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire Administration Office, 1 Leake Street, Peppermint Grove, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, or on the Shire’s website www.peppermintgrove.wa.gov.au under the Community Tab and ‘Have Your Say’ page.
