The Shire of Peppermint Grove has received a planning application for proposed single house and ancillary works at the above address.
The proposal is seeking to vary the town planning scheme development requirement for plot ratio and the number of storeys, the local planning policies pertaining to residential fencing and design and development (gatehouse dimensions), and the deemed-to-comply requirement of the Residential Design Codes for lot boundary setback, siteworks, and visual privacy and relies on the corresponding design principles being demonstrated.
Plans for the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire Administration Office, 1 Leake Street, Peppermint Grove, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, or on the Shire’s website under the Development Services section and Have Your Say tab.
Unless otherwise extended, the advertising period will close on Wednesday 17 December 2025. Written submissions must be lodged within the advertising period to ensure they can be considered prior to determination of the application.
