The Shire of Peppermint Grove has received a planning application for proposed alterations and additions to a single house and ancillary works (street wall, siteworks) at 41B Irvine Street.
The proposal is seeking to vary the town planning scheme development requirement for street setback, and the deemed-to-comply requirement of the Residential Design Codes for lot boundary setback, siteworks and visual privacy and relies on the corresponding design principles being demonstrated.
Plans for the proposal are available for viewing at the Shire Administrative Office. Please note that the submitted plans may be amended, or compliance otherwise be demonstrated by the proponent prior to determination. Trivial changes to the plans may also occur subsequent to approval without further notification.
Unless otherwise extended, the advertising period will close fourteen (14) days from the date of this letter. Written submissions must be lodged within the advertising period to ensure they can be considered prior to determination of the application. Objections should articulate how you may be materially affected.
