RECORDS AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - FULLTIME

We are currently seeking a motivated Records/Administration Officer to join our Corporate and Community services team. The successful person will ideally have experience and knowledge in the following functions:-

  • Processing of Records within an organisation..
  • Developing and maintaining an organisation’s electronic records and management system.
  • Assisting in the processing of Freedom of Information requests in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 1992.
  • Ensuring compliance with an organisation’s Records Keeping Plan, policies and procedures.
  • Providing record keeping training and guidance to all staff.
  • Providing front counter customer service.

The position is a Level 5 (Shire of Peppermint Grove ECA), offering $80,000 to $84,000 including superannuation guarantee, dependent on experience and qualifications. The Shire has a generous superannuation scheme and provides an excellent work/life balance.
