The Shire is seeking feedback on Draft Local Planning Policies LPP6 - Consultation on Development and LPP8 - Construction Environmental Managment Plans.
The Shire's suite of local planning policies are regularly reviewed in response to legislative changes, changes to the state planning policy framework and to facilitate improvements in the quality of information contained in development applications and the administration of approvals.
Local Planning Policies (LPPs) are a key part of the Shire’s local planning policy framework (i.e: scheme, policy and other strategic work) that augment the local planning scheme and guide the exercise of Council discretion in development and building matters.
The draft policies can be viewed via the Development Services tab and under the heading Planning Services clicking on 'local planning policies' or by following the links below. The draft policies can also be obtained from the Shire of Peppermint Grove Administration Offices at 1 Leake Street, Peppermint Grove.
Consultation closes on 26 April. 2024.
